How I can help

There’s often areas of our lives where we feel like we undertsand our problems well but find it hard to make deeper or more lasting shifts on our own.

This is where I love to help people most - with the trickier sides to your experience.

Areas of interest

  • Childhood trauma - physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, neglect

  • Relationship challenges, insecurities and anxieties

  • Depression, low mood, and low motivation

  • Anxiety, perfectionism, and fawning

  • Post-traumatic stress, emotional flooding, avoidance, and dissociation

  • Drug and alcohol difficulties

  • Rape and sexual assault

  • Establishing or improving a meditation practice
